Different timelines between Mondo and CLI #424

When I checked proposals in Mondo and CLI I got different values it seems timezones might be the issue.
I am atm in Timezone UTC-5 and CLI show end of Execution window by 30th Dic 15:30 (UTC-5) but in Celo Mondo it shows 30th December 20:22 (UTC+5) so it is showing 5 hours difference that is exactly the UTC offset in the local time.
