Hi, I got the error when executing node index.js. anyone can help me?

Hi, do you have a CENNZnet node running at localhost:9944?
if not you can start one using docker

docker run -p 9944:9944 cennznet/cennznet:1.1.1 --dev

or build yourself following the instructions at https://github.com/cennznet/cennznet#3-build-the-node-binary-and-run
