Story

Description

As a consumer of Terra, I would like to utilize a full-screen InteractionBlockingOverlay

Motivation

So that I can block user interaction globally during writes or other protected workflows.

Definition of Done

We'll know we're done when the InteractionBlockingOverlay is created.
