Content updates to DB filters

• Update text under 'HMDA Dataset Filtering' to: 'You can use the HMDA Data Browser to filter and download CSV files of HMDA data. These files....'

• Title of first selection should read: 'What geography filter would you like to select?'
  Description should be: 'Start by selecting a geography filter using the dropdown menu below. View more information on the available filters.'

• Title of second selection should be: 'What financial institution would you like to select?'
  Description should be: 'You can select one or more financial institutions by entering the financial institutions LEI or name. NOTE: Filtering by financial institution is currently only available when the geography filter is set to Nationwide.'

• When displaying financial institutions can we display them as NAME - LEI in alphabetical order

• Dataset by Pre-selected Filters description should remove the word geography "Narrow down your selection by filtering on up to two popular variables"

• Home page: "Download entire datasets by state, MSA/MD, or nationwide or filter them by selected variables. should be changed" to "Filter and download HMDA datasets by various filters"
