Per Matt's demo, we'll be updating the user flow to

Show all available inputs [geo, lei, vars] from the get-go
Adjust the display of the 'View Data Summary' button
Modify the function of the 'Download Dataset' button to always download the most filtered data based on user inputs.
Update the language guiding the users through the process
