Ohmic power calculation so far is very basic - should be improved #42

Description

@pabloprf

As I understand it, Ohmic power is currently evaluated by calculating a global value of the resistivity and then multiply it by the input plasma current.
Given the generally large radial variation of both resistivity and current density, if calculation of Ohmic power is important (e.g. L-mode scenarios, high Zeff), this should be improved in the general CFSpopcon workflow.

Just flagging this for now so that it's not forgotten.
