Hi Justin, can you send me a zip of your import files. I will need a full export of the items you were adding attributes to. this way I can attempt to recreate what happened on your end. be sure to send me both your .xls and .csv files. you are using OpenOffice to make your CSV's? no other language set to default than english? english has to be default with attribute import -chadd On Aug 31, 2014, at 1:04 PM, jjone wrote:

Hiya, glad that helped. MS has been very frustrating to deal with. Different version make different CSV depending on the settings. -chadd On Sep 1, 2014, at 9:49 PM, jjone wrote:

oh, one last thing. the error reporting on the attributes import is not THAT is a bug that I haven't fixed yet. Also, I highly recommend you install Dr. Bytes MySQL backup tool. Once installed after years of using ep, and even after developing ep4, I still use that tool all the time. -chadd On Sep 1, 2014, at 9:49 PM, jjone wrote:

My zen cart version is 1.5.3 and EasyPopulate version 4.0.24.
I uploaded my own items using Attrib-Basic-EP-examples.csv template and the message showed that my items got updated correctly. When i checked it under zen cart> admin>catalog> Attributes Controller, no attributes were added to my items and all item names got EMPTIED for the items listed in the csv file.
Can you please check if this is a bug? Thank you for your help.
Justin
