2k23 support?

I currently play pga2k23 on ps5, however had previously played 2k21 on ps5 and created courses using this tool for 2k21, there seems to be no support or future plans expressed for this brilliant program that seems almost vital to the community course design process, however, i do no wish to pay $80+ each for TGC19, PGA2k21 and PGA2k23 all on pc just to build a course.
so grieviences aside, are they any plans to bring this tool into the future (aka support directly to 2k23) so that we arnt forced to buy 3 seperate games just to make our own realistic courses.
