fix(home): label the verification stage 自验证, not 0误报
The fourth tab still promised "0误报" / "Zero False Positive", a claim
about an outcome, while the stage beneath it demonstrates a process:
build a PoC, reproduce it in a sandbox, compare assertions, then discard
the findings that do not hold. The label now names that mechanism —
自验证 / Self-Verifying — which is also the shape of the tabs next to it
(Observable, Explainable), and the caption closes on what the pipeline
does rather than on the promise: 验证通过的才交付 / "only verified
results ship" instead of 交付即零误报 / "zero false positives delivered".
The section comment that still carried the old wording was updated with it.
Verified: no 误报 or "false positive" wording remains in the file, the
Chinese strip still fits exactly at 400px (358/358) and the English one
scrolls inside the strip as before with no page overflow, and the longer
caption fits at 1440px (575 of 761) and wraps to two lines at 400px
(329 of 358). A screenshot confirms tab 04 reads 自验证 over the new
caption.
