[C2] Integrate export_exercise_results.php from 1.11.x #6638
Description
The main/admin/export_exercise_results.php should be reintegrated from the 1.11.x branch.
Basically, it includes the following commits which are generating some conflicts at merging (the first one, most of all, because of an attempt to edit main/admin/index.php which doesn't existe anymore).
