Hi Jose, Thank you for your interest in Respin. Once you clone the repo. you can install the ubuntu deb in the cli like this Installation procedures in a terminal where your downloaded file is then simply run it will show you a menu with options. I imagine there will be no problem with 14. The original remastersys worked very well. The problem has come to me with 15 and so was looking for alternatives. If Respin is similar to Remastersys in their function and way of doing things, simply solving the problems of the new versions of Ubuntu, it will be a good substitute. Thanks! |
I don't know if this will help you to Resin, but I discovered that the problem was the usb-creator-GTK 0.2.67. |

Thank you for your work, but how launch it in the terminal of ubuntu?
I've tried with respin, linuxrespin, linux-respin respin-ub,... and tells me that he does not know it.
I installed via synaptic from the repository of vivid and dpkg and nothing :-(
