Custom login failed

I made a fresh install of ubuntu server 16.04.
I installed respin ubuntu 16.04 64 bit deb.
#wget http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/x/xresprobe/xresprobe_0.4.24ubuntu9_amd64.deb
#dpkg -i xresprobe_*ubuntu9_amd64.deb
#apt-get install -y dialog casper libdebian-installer4 ubiquity-frontend-debconf user-setup discover
#apt-get -fy install
#git clone https://github.com/ch1x0r/LinuxRespin.git
#dpkg -i LinuxRespin/ubuntu/respin_1.1.0-1_all.deb (I installed ubuntu 16.04 64 bit deb instead)
I ran the commands:
#respin dist cdfs
#respin dist iso custom.iso
I tried to install on vitualbox but it is asking for a custom login.
I put in the login info that I had when I first installed ubuntu server and I get login failed.
What am I doing wrong? How do I set the custom login?
