Hi! @chamuco and @ch1x0r
I did my tests...

After I had created the custombackup.iso I try to install in VM and real machine. But crashed.

But if I use in live mode I can change the ubiquity.desktop

I changed this part:

Exec=sh -c 'ubiquity gtk_ui'

To:

Exec=sh -c 'gksu ubiquity gtk_ui'

And this work for me.
I hope this mean something for you. Because my english is awful. =)
