Reverse X axis without reversing X axis labels?

Hello, I'm making a horizontal bar chart for a web app. I need the bars to extend from the right side of the chart without reversing the X axis labels, so that the bars come out to reach their value. This would mean a large number has a small bar, and a small number has a large bar.

How can I do this with chart JS?
