I don't know that there is a way to do this natively. Are you able to post a pic of what you're trying to create? I could only find isobar charts for weather applications. |

Hmm, so on this front I'm not sure if Chart.js can do this. My best thought on how to achieve this would be to manually create some kind of gradient but I don't know how to do that without resorting to WebGL. |

While looking for ways to display simulated acoustic measurements, I came across Chart.JS and I am extremely excited and impressed by the possibilities it offers.
I have certainly programmed various things before, but web applications are rather new territory for me.
In particular, I am looking for a way to display isobar diagrams after a calculation in a web application. Since I don't like pixel graphics and a corresponding rendering seems to be quite slow, I went searching on the web.
Unfortunately, I can't find anything and am therefore somehow dependent on help from others.
Isobars are mostly only needed by weathermen and few understand them. Honestly, I have mostly only seen such diagrams in connection with acoustic measurements.
Perhaps the whole thing is not so difficult when I look at the possibilities of Chart.JS.
Can anyone help me? Maybe something like this already exists and I just haven't found it.
