Add number to the right of a horizontal bar

Hi,

I'm using a horizontal bar and I need to set the x-value at to the right of each bar.
I have seen a some solutions using onComplete for vertical bars but I cannot modify it so it will have the value in the right end.
And also, every time I hover a bar all the values in the end blink.

Any suggestions how I can make it work?
