Pulumi Kubernetes operator as an alternative to the Checkly operator

Context

As pointed out in our community Slack:

I've just come across the Pulumi Kubernetes operator, it may be beneficial to create a little guide and example for kubernetes users on how they can use the Checkly Pulumi provider and deploy Checkly resources via the Pulumi Kubernetes Operator. Would be a good alternative to the checkly-operator.

Notes

The Checkly Pulumi Provider will be revamped / updated soon. Simo, who is driving DevEx at Checkly, will be owning this project. Once we have a solid foundation in place, let's look into this use case a little more.
