Describe the Enhancement:

I would like Ubuntu 22.04 to be officially supported.

Describe the Need:

This is the new, latest LTS release of Ubuntu and has been out since April

Current Alternative

Installing the 20.04 package on 22.04

Can We Help You Implement This?:

Maybe, I think it should be trivial to just add a new build target and let the CI do the rest.
