Create examples for core linked view patterns

Chiasm should readily support the following linked view patterns, and have examples for each:

• Focus + Context via brushing - 1D, 2D
• Interactive time slicing - Line chart + Bar chart example, Line Chart +
  Choropleth example
• Multidimensional filtering via brushing & picking - replicating Crossfilter example and DC.js example
• Linked brushing with global selection - replicating Scatterplot Matrix Brushing but for multiple different visualizations (e.g. Parallel Coordinates)
• Linked hovering with globally highlighted row. Similar to interaction in Multi-line Voronoi example and Voronoi-based point picker.
• Tooltips that follow the mouse, depending on voronoi overlay
