Refactor Add Image View

• Look at how we highlight user images and improve the styling,

• Reorder user owned images to the bottom of the screen ( or in their own column)
  consider reorganizing page to be in row rather than columns, with a scroll right or left feature to see more images. <--- this would probably work better

• Turn addimage into a modal form

• Display user submitted images on this screen

• Allow these user submitted images to be removed

• Improve stylings of add image form.

• Add more base images -> look into delaying load of these images if we have lots
