[WIN10] Undefined Error

Tried to test out rawrscope today, but trying to run the executable gives this:

"rawrscope encountered an unrecoverable error. no additional information."

Please run the executable from the command line. (Also note to self, make an issue template)

With some assistance, tried to run rawrscope in cmd.exe both standalone and with the -vvv command. And then did same in Powershell. Nothing changed, seems to not print any debug info when ran at all, maybe add some kind of debug info on crash?
