./posterlatex poster.tex
On Pop!_OS 19.04, I installed (you may not need all of these):
sudo apt install texlive-latex-base texlive-latex-recomended texlive-latex-recommended texlive-pictures texlive-fonts-recommended texlive-latex-extra texlive-pstricks python3-pygments texlive-fonts-extra
