Is Your Feature Request Related To A Problem? Please describe.

Library used for charts is chartist.js: https://gionkunz.github.io/chartist-js/. We need to upgrade to https://chartist.dev/, which is the v1 version.

Describe The Solution. Why is it needed?

The reason for this is, to pull in new features like tooltips, reduce security vulnerabilities, and build upon the latest source.

  • For charts, label values on part itself or make it clickable (tooltips on hover).
  • When clicking on part of the chart, make the other parts fade or make the part clicked on stand out.
  • Use patterns if possible
  • Colors must be 3:1 ratio with the other colors in the chart and the background color
