feature request: adding URL from SAN extension

Hi,

Request:
May be possible to add new SAN Attributes such as URL ?
From my project, I need to add on the SAN certificat the URL attribute ( not the URI because the certificat will be rejected )

Expected:
From the certificate creation, on the extensions tab and the X509v3 Subject Alternative Name drop box list, the possibility to use URL type.
