I think the following line needs to be changed as it can't be recognized:

from:
import { components } from "../types/cs-rest-types/schema";

to

import { components } from "../../src/types/cs-rest-types/schema";

cs-rest/lib/utils/workflow-initiator.d.ts

import { components } from "../types/cs-rest-types/schema";

My TSC compiler was complaining about this and after changing the line it worked.
