Allow multiple workspaces to be associated with a workflow and switch between them.

UI thoughts:

on the workflow menu have a 'switch workspace' option
it has a list of workspaces, initially just containing the current one, and "new workspace"
when you select a different workspace (or a new one) you are prompted for a name for the current one - if it has previously been saved, the default name offered is the existing name. If it has previously been saved and no changes have been made, this is skipped

So in general there is the current workspace (which may have a name), and zero or more saved workspaces (with names)
