just make pip install pyxcp==0.18.58 on Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS.

note: This error originates from a subprocess, and is likely not a problem with pip.
ERROR: Failed building wheel for pyxcp
Failed to build pyxcp
ERROR: Could not build wheels for pyxcp, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects
