Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Every time I try to reroll the tier of a MCDA item after it has been TARNISHED by TieredZ. It does not work. This ruins my day instantly. I have punched several holes into my wall.

Describe the solution you'd like

Backport the changes done in 1.19.3 of MCDA to 1.19.2, or just the TieredZ compatibility
