As per our discussion on Discord:
Testing out MCDA's freezing effect, some mobs that are freeze immune in powder snow or whatnot are still affected by MCDA's freezing effect. instead, why not make it so entities in the #minecraft:freeze_immune_entity_types [entity type tag] are immune to the freezing effect, similar to how undead mobs are immune to poison?

I haven't tested if they are already immune with just MCDA installed and this is actually a mod conflict.
