[Feature Request]: Setting to disable "Dual Wield" trait

The combat mods I'm using do not work well with the build-in Dual Wielding offered by MCDW. My only alternatives are to disable the weapons entirely, or choose a different combat mod.

Describe the solution you'd like

An option to disable Dual Wield either for specific weapons or as a feature entirely would not only solve mod conflicts issues, but also give mod users more customization over their mod-packs.

@MrCurtReal I genuinely thought we had added a way to disable that...That is definitely something that will be added next. Thanks for catching that!
