Describe the bug; What happened?

Extra arrows spawned by some enchantments (such as Bonus Shot or Burst Bowstring) can only deal 1 damage

Expected Behavior

The enchantment damage multiplier should work normally

1. Are you on Forge or Fabric?
2. Which bow you're using?
3. Do you have other mods installed? If so, what are they?
4. Which launcher are you using? Depending on the launcher, you can get some real-time information from the console.
