[Bug Report]: Weapons don't spawn in loot chests with their innate enchantments

Describe the bug; What happened?

So I don't see anyone saying anything about this, or maybe it's just me but weapons that spawn in chests don't appear to have their innate enchantments. I noticed this in two modpacks I made so I thought it was maybe some compatibility issue or something, but I created a separate instance to test out and weapons still don't spawn with their innate enchantments.

Weapons should spawn with their innate enchantments in loot chests

I'm using fabric 0.16.7 and Modrinth launcher.

an extra note, I used this command to spawn loot directly on me

I also checked on some structures and none of the weapons that should have an innate enchantment had it.

@JustRyan362 This seems to happen when there is a certain kind of mod conflict. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find what that conflict is. Just to make sure, are innate enchantments disabled in your pack?

I don't have any mod that could alter loot in any way, I could try using ONLY MCDW to see if the issue still appears.

These are the mods I have in this profile, also, is the innate enchantments option supposed to be on false for weapons to spawn with their enchantments?

Also, just to make it clear, CRAFTED weapons do appear with their innate enchantments, the issue only appears for weapons that spawn in loot chests.

Just as an extra detail, decided to try this mod also on forge with these other mods that were required

and the issue still persists, both fabric and forge don't spawn weapons with their innate enchantments even if its set to true on the config file. Weapons have their innate enchantment when obtained via crafting or creative, but never from loot chests.

I am also having the same issue. With the same mods installed. Running on Forge 1.20.1
