Check OS compatibility before pulling image #1116
Description
On macOS Sonoma I pulled a Sequoia image and when I tried to run it tart said that the image is not compatible with my OS. It would be great if tart clone checked the compatibility of the image and the host OS and aborted if they are not compatible.
