Suggestion to add extra column for website status

I was exploring Egypt List and had difficulty to define what websites are currently blocked, some of them are noted as 'blocked' in "notes" but others not.

So it would be helpful if there column for status of website as of date added, it also can help researcher how interested to see what and why websites are blocking.

The optional column notes exists for this reason.
Unfortunately, as you have found out not everyone is adding information on the notes column.

The excellent OONI documentation, provides some justification on to why the notes column should be used.

Does there any standard convention on how to put particular information into the notes column?

I'm have put language codes to the end of the notes for a while, like [th] [en] for website that provide Thai and English langauges and [th] for website that only has Thai language.

Wonder if there can be any agreement on this?

Maybe add [blocked] or [in-official-list] or [defunct]?
