Quick scroll to top causes 1 fetch but no way to get more #315

Im able to scroll quickly to the top of my list. It fetches as quic as it can but once it reaches the top there is no more fetching.

I would like if there was a trigger after stopping so I can see where the user ended. I can then use this to execute another fetch.
