Add custom livenessProbe for TenantControlPlane

I use kamaji for deploy k8s test and staging env. Sometimes when I executed for example 4-6 control planes, pod auto restart because livenessProbe response client timeout. It would be nice to setup custom livenessProbe and readinessProbe for CRD: TenantControlPlane
