[Feature Request] Option to clear notifications

It would be great if there were an option to clear notifications, like in Tusky and the Mastodon web UI.

In Notifications section, a button "Clean" in order to clean all notifications

@jcamposz I think this can work as a workaround for some time. I'll think through a bit, how can this be done the easiest to use way.

@jcamposz IMO this button is needed only in one context: context of notifications. So I think it should be the best to re-use the same UI truck Mastodon itself uses. But unfortunately, current design of the view does not allow us to use it, so I think, your proposal should work well as a workaround of some kind. I like it a bit more, because settings are not too filled with features yet.

I think, the only think I'd ask you before approving and merging #18 is to add a 4px margin below "Clear notifications" row - it'll make things a bit more pleasing for user to see
