Fix auto responses when users fill out 'Request Early Access' form

When a user submits a form an email is sent to us, but because we are using Netlify Forms the sender is some Netlify internal email rather than the user who submitted the form. This means we can't reply directly to the email and if any auto responder is set up, it would also go to that Netlify email rather than the user.

An alternative to Netlify forms may be required in the long term to solve this problem.
