Tasks:

Utilize the logic implemented for paged archives in New View: Paged Archives #68 to create pageble views for all the posts in a given category
Update the main categories page to just list the categories that are linked to the new paged views
Allow the category to be multi-valued
Update all previous posts to have the categories needed in order to show up in the categories pages they should now show up in
