Usability issues on Users panel in CFMR web portal

Expected behaviour

Problem 1 : In Stratos UI when we click on the 3 dots action menu for user, click Manage Roles to go to the Manage Roles: user page. If I click Cancel on this page, it must go back to "All Users panel"

Problem 3 : what are the functionalities of the check box beside the username in the Users panel? For example, when I select user3, I see that the drop down list on top of Username become a 2 persons icon, but I'm not sure what to do with it. Clicking on 2 persons icon leads to the same Mange Roles page. I thought I could do something like delete the user if I select the check box, but I do not see such feature.

Actual behaviour
