Awaiting an offer from Rebel.
Also exploring other locations, but Rebel is well known by us already and a lot other places don't have as much space.

Should use a little bit of time to get more volunteers int o the organizing, so we are many people on the day.

We have allready good communication with rebell, and they have suggested new dates for us in march.
The catch is that they expect a pre-payment of about 114k nok to complete the reservation, so we should be liquid enough for this before we go into a new agreement with them.

100% of the pre-payment is refundible if we cancel more than 60 days before.

the total is at 378k NOK, with 3 breakout rooms and a big sponsor area and catering included for 300 people.

We should look into if we can ask Rebel for some delayed invoicing.
We must also get the sponsor money in good time before pre-payment.
