Add release for Apple M1 (darvin_arm64)

Please add a release for Apple M1 (darvin_arm64) so it is possible to use tfenv via asdf also on new Apple machines. Currently M1 processors are not supported or a local build is needed.

It's not archived in any commonly recognised sense. That org name is the last place I'd look 😄 If you want people to recognise that the repo is archived, then use the "Archive" feature in Github. That will close the possibility for such issues.

Yea, no reason in particular it's not, other than we just did house cleaning. We moved all archived and planned to archive repos to this org, to make discovery easier in our main org.
