Different signal for leadscrew?

I bought two leadscrew package. One for the lathe and one to drive a agriculture seeder.
My problem is that the tractor I have (Fendt 516) sends 100 pulses every driven meter. I only have one signalcable and ground and don't know how to connect it to the board since the rotary controller have more conektion cables?
I understand that the "multiple" in the program may have to change to give the correkt speed on the steppermotor but I can't get it to run smothly with the pulse from the traktor.
Does anyone know how I should connect the signal cable to the bord instead of the rotarycontroller?
