I've noticed recently that on Windows, the calendar widget looks wonky
(it's too small for its containing area).  Also, I seem to recall that some
of the other widgets sizes are ... "off".  Need to take a look at either
dynamically calculating proper sizes, or maybe just doing the right thing
in the .xrc resource file.
