Would it be possible to add NYC DOHMH surveillance data as a new data source for the epidata API? We are using this process to manually download data - not sure if there is a way to automate this process. We have been told by NYC DOHMH that there is not an official API.

  1. Go to this website: https://a816-health.nyc.gov/hdi/epiquery/visualizations?PageType=ps&PopulationSource=Syndromic

  2. Click on any number in the table.

  3. Select the following options on the following chart:
    Syndrome : ILI
Date Range : Any range (Default gives a lot of data)
    Metric : Count (Default)
    Aggregate by : Day

  4. Scroll down the page until you see the download icon, then click it to download the data.
