Jingjing has already prepared these outside of epiprocess. They will need to be copied over and integrated with epi_archive. Depends on or interacts with #49.

We might technically only need #259 for this rather than porting over the functions. However, extracting lags through an epix_slide will be a bit awkward and a bit inefficient.
