Grading type that allows users to upload any file for the CS to do one of the following with:

  1. Upload a script and CS will run it
  2. Upload a text/config file and CS will verify contents
  3. Upload a config file and CS will run a program with that config

Will need to sandbox running those scripts somehow. Different user for running those files, user has limited permissions. Maybe even run inside a docker container or something to further sandbox.
