Syntax Error in create_inx.py

Facing issues on executing the create_inx.py
after unpacking the files and copying all the files on said Folders
after restarting the inkscape while executing the create_inx.py I am getting this outputs

please look into this
You can also assigned this issue to me. It would be great to solve this issue
