logo issue of project

I‘m wondering if a project passed the sonobuoy test, its logo can be listed in https://www.cncf.io/training/certification/software-conformance like the following project?

BTW，installer is free right?
There is a description in the official FAQ,“A community distribution does not have a company behind it. For the purposes of certification, we treat community distributions/installers as non-profit organizations, so there is no charge.
