Create proposals in User Dashboard -> Session proposals, then submit from each event's public CFS modal.
Likely causes:
- Proposal is not eligible for submission status.
- Proposal was already submitted to this event.
- You are logged in with a different account.
You can withdraw while review is still active. After a final decision, withdraw is no longer available.
No. Only attendees can check in.
If organizers did not enable a waitlist, the event is sold out.
If organizers enabled a waitlist, you can join it from the event page and may be promoted automatically if someone leaves, capacity increases, or organizers remove the capacity limit later.
Paid attendees use Request refund from the public event page.
Organizers review the request from Group Dashboard -> Event -> Attendees.
Current behavior:
- Refunds are full refunds only.
- Refund requests are available only before the event starts.
- Organizers can still approve or reject a request later if it was submitted before the start time.
- Free ticket attendees can still leave the event normally.
Before payment is complete, attendees can use Cancel checkout from the public event page to
release the ticket hold and choose a different ticket or discount code.
